Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinoma Energy Conservation”) recently signed a long-term operation and maintenance (O&M) service and spare parts supply contract with GENSER ENERGY COTE D'IVOIRE SA (hereinafter referred to as “GECS”) for the GECS 5×22MW waste heat power plants in Ghana.

According to the agreement, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will provide a 10-year production O&M service and spare parts supply for four 5×22MW gas turbine waste heat power plants located in northwestern Ghana. These plants were all constructed by Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model. Throughout the project execution, the company demonstrated outstanding professional expertise and management capabilities, successfully fulfilling all contractual obligations.

GECS is a subsidiary of Genser Energy Investment LLC, a U.S.-headquartered energy company with operations primarily in Africa. The company has invested in energy projects across multiple countries, including Ghana, C?te d’Ivoire, and Mauritius, providing reliable power support for local mining operations.

The signing of this 10-year long-term O&M and spare parts supply agreement marks a new stage in the cooperation between the two parties. Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will continue to deliver professional technical support, operational assurance, and comprehensive services for the projects, contributing to the stable operation and improved energy efficiency of the local power system. At the same time, the company will leverage this opportunity to further deepen its presence in the Ghanaian market, expand into neighboring countries, and enhance its regional market influence.
